We seek to identify strong management, unique propositions and other situations where the value opportunity for a potential investor, lender or purchaser can be clearly identified.  We analyse both financial and non-financial considerations for both our client and the proposed counterparty or counterparties.  

When appropriate, our corporate finance team recommends the involvement of other market professionals in order to meet a client’s requirements and for this purpose regularly work with a number of law firms, accountancy firms, other investment firms and experienced business executives. We do not favour any particular financing approaches and instead aim to work with clients to explore a complete range of solutions.  On occasion, this may result in us recommending alternatives where the financing requirement is reduced or our involvement deferred, if we believe this to be in the client’s best interest.  NAC’s corporate finance team maintains the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion with its clients.
