Founded in 2002, New Amsterdam Capital is based in London and is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority.

Our Investment Management division is active across all segments of the credit markets and has a number of discretionary funds under management. Our focus is on the European credit markets and we actively trade and invest in leveraged finance, secured bank loans, mezzanine finance, high yield bonds, credit derivatives, investment grade, structured finance and structured debt transactions.

Our Investment Team consists of highly experienced investment professionals with expertise in a broad range of industries and a deep knowledge of the markets we operate in. Based on our disciplined investment process and our rigorous fundamental investment research, New Amsterdam Capital provides investors with efficient access to investment opportunities and investment strategies in our target markets.

Our Corporate Finance Advisory division advises clients on the structuring and execution of financing transactions, acquisitions and capital raisings in the debt and equity markets. Our corporate finance advisory practice is a dedicated group within New Amsterdam Capital that offers clients discrete and impartial advice on a range of advisory and capital raising needs.
